March 30 – May 2026
Chicago Architecture Center
Here to Stay: Architecture After Arrival opened March 30, 2026 at the Chicago Architecture Center, presenting the work of the inaugural Princeton | CAC Fellows.
The Princeton | Chicago Architecture Center Fellowship supports early-career architects in developing independent, public-facing work at the start of their professional practice. The inaugural brief, Re: Settlement, asked architects to propose civic architecture that treats immigrant welcome as permanent infrastructure rather than emergency response.
Inaugural Fellows

Founder of Spaced Agency, New York. Ng proposed River Commons, a civic landmark along the Chicago waterfront.
Yotam Oron — This is not a Shelter
Co-founder of CO53, New York. Oron’s project reimagines how Chicago houses its newest residents through collective land ownership.
